About Gunnar & Co.
Handmade leather goods. Built with purpose, backed by grit.
Gunnar & Co. is the work of Brandon Pangle — a builder by trade, a craftsman by obsession, and a man who believes the things we carry should outlast the trends we chase.
What started as a hobby in 2016 turned into a calling. Self-taught in leatherwork and coming from a blue-collar background, Brandon spent years learning the hard way — through long nights, rough edges, and a refusal to cut corners.
That same grit led him to run production for a much larger and well-respected leather brand — gaining experience at scale while never letting go of his own vision. Gunnar & Co. was built from that same vision: a return to honest materials, hands-on craftsmanship and a more intentional way of making things.
Today, every Gunnar & Co. piece is crafted in-house in Texas — by hand, in small batches, using full-grain leather and time-tested techniques. It’s a family-run workshop rooted in pride, precision, and doing things the right way.
When you buy from Gunnar & Co., you’re not just supporting a business. You’re backing a craftsman, a family — and a small American workshop that still gives a damn.
No shortcuts. Just leather that’s built to last — and made to be used for years to come.

Materials That Matter
At Gunnar & Co., we work with premium full-grain leather sourced from some of the most well respected tanneries in the world — including Horween, Wickett & Craig, and Badalassi Carlo. Whether it’s American veg-tan or Italian Pueblo, our materials are chosen for their durability, character, and long-term performance.
We don’t chase perfect hides — we embrace the real ones. Natural markings, grain variation, and the occasional scar are proof of the leather’s personality, not flaws to hide. We use material that only gets better looking with time, not worse.

What Sets Us Apart
At Gunnar & Co., we don’t just make leather goods — we build relationships, earn trust, and deliver on every detail.
We combine the craftsmanship of a small Texas workshop with the capability to scale. Whether it’s a single piece or a thousand, we move fast without ever cutting corners — keeping quality and consistency front and center.
Our style doesn’t chase trends. It’s timeless, practical, and built to age with character — not fade with time. Every piece we make reflects our core values: durability, honesty, and old-school customer service that’s hard to find these days.
If you’re looking for a partner who’s easy to work with, serious about quality, and committed to getting it right — you’re in the right place.
